At Morning Crew Fitness, we believe in the life-changing benefits of early morning workouts. Led by Sara, a certified personal trainer, our classes last one hour and are filled with fun and energy.

Each class targets different muscle groups with a diverse approach that includes individual & group exercises, fun relay races, high-intensity interval training, and mobility.

About Sara

Being active and healthy is a major part of who I am. Moving my body daily and eating right inspires me to help others learn how to feel as good as I do every single day. 

I love to focus on the fun side of life and thats how I think working out should be!
