PERSONAL TRAINER
I started Morning Crew Fitness because I am a true outdoors lover. I believe that working out should be fun, dynamic, and filled with sunlight! Early morning workouts have always been the best way to start my day and I want to share that incredible feeling in all of my workout classes. I love mountain biking, cooking, running, hiking with my dogs, golfing, and playing pickleball. Staying fit and eating healthy ensures a long healthy lifetime of fun.
